Hi all, I just wanted to post on the blog to explain why I haven’t posted in a few months. I’ve been going through many changes in life and it hit me hard. This included battling chronic pain in back (and then knees) and taking on a new role in my company.
Both hit my life considerably and I’ve been taking down time to recover. I am working on posting episode #20 and get a routine started again. I have lots to talk about and know that getting back into the habit will get me back on track!
I think about you and the podcast lots and know it’s something I want to contribute. We’ll get back on the saddle soon!!
